Care and Cover Agreements for Landlords

Have you ever had to pay an engineer to repair your boiler or any part of your heating system? If you have, you will know how expensive it can be, some call out charges alone can be as high as £75.00, before any repairs have even started!

We offer a comprehensive range of Agreements designed specifically for Landlords starting from £3.25 per month. We will attend to boiler breakdowns, central heating repairs, plumbing and drainage issues and home electrics. A Fixed Price Repair payment will apply to each visit required. This payment must be made before an engineer is dispatched. It is the landlord’s responsibility to pay this; however, we will accept advance payment from the tenant in order to allow the engineer to attend.

Our Gas Safe registered engineers are on hand to take the potential inconvenience and unexpected costs out of breakdowns at your tenanted property so why not take out cover today.

Landlord Gas Safety Certificate Only

Further gas appliances can be included on your Landlord Gas Safety Certificate for an additional £1.00 per appliance, per month.

1. This is an Agreement, not an insurance policy.
2. This policy is for homeowners only. The property must be your permanent private residence and owned and solely occupied by you and your family with no business use. Landlords can apply here.
3. You will have to pay the first Fixed Price Repair amount of any visit. We can only accept payment using the following cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, or Visa Delta.
4. A separate Fixed Price Repair payment is required for each visit you require. Please see the Terms and Conditions for further details.
5. The price may increase at renewal. Your Care Agreement will automatically renew unless you tell Us otherwise.

If you suffer a gas leak, you should first call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.

If you change address, make sure you let us know as soon as possible so that we can update our records and where appropriate transfer the policy to your new home.

Calls may be recorded for quality control and training purposes. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from landlines and mobile phones, and will not be taken from your mobile phone inclusive call minutes. Office lines are open 8am to 5pm weekdays to book annual services and maintenance. An out of hours emergency engineer is available from 5pm to 8am.
